Primeval Gardens Paulownias

WHO WE ARE
Iris and Jason Gardner own and operate Primeval Gardens, a small family run CSA farm and Paulownia nursery nestled amongst the shady oaks in eastern San Diego County. In addition to being a farmer, Jason is an active duty Navy SEAL, and Iris runs things full time when he is away. They pride themselves on growing only the highest quality, naturally grown produce possible. Chemicals are never applied to the land they live on, or to the food that they grow. The comfort and freedom of their animals is a top priority. The farm has large vegetable and herb gardens in addition to an 100 tree fruit and nut orchard. It is also home to a menagerie of horses, chickens, guinea hens, peacocks, cats, dogs, a pig, and a tortoise. Iris and Jason provide free range eggs from their Animal Welfare Approved chickens and fresh, local, naturally grown vegetables and fruit to a number of families in east San Diego County.
Their love for Paulownia trees has led them to grow and sell the trees, while also striving to increase awareness about their wonderful benefits. They have a number of Paulownia trees planted around their farm.
