-We sell Paulownia Kawakamii trees, which are the most sought after Paulownia tree for ornamental flowers & landscaping.

-Our Paulownias can handle temperatures from 5 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

-They have been grown from tissue cultures to ensure they are the most genetically superior, disease resistant Paulownia trees available.

-Paulownia Kawakamii reaches a mature height of 30-45 feet.

Year One - 10 to 15 ft - One vertical stalk, Huge fuzzy leaves.
Year Two - 15 to 20 ft - Branches begin to form. Huge leaves.
Year Three - 25 to 30 ft - Blooms in spring.
Year Four - 30 to 45 ft - Watering requirements are minimal. Hand sized leaves.

-Flower buds form in fall. In spring 8" to 15" clusters of flowers bloom for 6-8 weeks.

-The average life span of the Royal Empress Tree is 80-100 years.

-Mature Paulownia trees have deep tap roots that are non-invasive and can go down as far as 40 feet to reach water.

-They should be planted approx. 12-15 feet apart.

-Paulownia Trees are completely non-toxic and safe to have around horses and animals.
The leaves are very high in protein and are used as livestock fodder in many countries. Goats and sheep especially like them.The flowers can be used in salads and for tea. The flowers also make a wonderful uniquely flavored honey.
