Guarantee
We are so certain that our trees will thrive for you that we guarantee the survival of your Paulownia tree for 2 Months from the time of purchase, if grown in the proper USDA hardiness zones. If you are in USDA growing zone 5 or lower we do not guarantee your trees to survive over the winter.
If your tree arrives damaged or is doing poorly, you will be instructed to cut it back to the ground one time and wait several weeks for it to send out new growth. If it does not grow back after that we will happily send you a new tree.
(Depending on the time of year, replacement trees may not be sent out immediately).
If you loose the height of the trees you purchase you will need to wait for the height to be regrown. We guarantee that the roots of our trees will grow back, but the height you purchased it at will be lost if the tree is damaged and needs to be cut back. Paulownia trees generally regrow their height very quickly when they are cut back, but you will have to wait a little while for this. The good news is that cutting them back makes them much stronger and healthier. Every Paulownia tree should be cut back to the ground at least once anyway.
If your tree does not survive, we do not require that the dead trees be returned to us.
Hardy in zones 6-11 We do our very best to ensure that each tree is healthy and well packaged during shipping. We have posted detailed planting instructions that should ensure the survival of your tree as long as they are carefully followed. If your tree seems to be doing poorly please don't hesitate to call or email us and we can offer possible solutions.
